The last days of summer are upon us and as we move into a new season so do films. Hopefully you've had your fill of Comic Book Movies and the other mindless faire that fills the screen and empties your pockets. GeoClan proudly presents Films of the Fall, movies coming to an Art House near you that will educate, entertain, and enlighten.

The Last King of Scotland
Release Date: September 27, 2006

Synopsis: Through a twist of fate, a Scottish doctor (McAvoy) becomes the personal physician of Idi Amin (Whitaker), the new president of Uganda. Though drawn to Amin's power, the doctor ultimately realizes he's complicit with the president's brutal tactics, and he struggles to escape from the country with his life.

Fast Food Nation

Synopsis: A marketing executive (Kinnear) for a fast food giant travels to the Colorado town that's home to feedlots and packing plant that fuels his business. His goal: to quietly investigate whether cow manure has found its way into his product.

Synopsis: A documentary on the life of John Lennon, with a focus on the time in his life when he transformed from a musician into an antiwar activist.
